Our Mission Guide (referee) is responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests, leading our players through the multiple missions, assisting in player training, enforcing rules, and maintaining daily operations of the battlefield.

We are looking for outgoing personalities that can lead players.  You must have the ability to speak in large crowds, and work with varying ages of players.  No cell phones are allowed.  Referees are often called upon to play during working hours to balance teams or test missions.  

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak English clearly and public speaking is a requirement. (Bi-lingual preferred)
• Clean appearance.  Uniform requirements are provided
• Must be a team player, work hard and be a positive influence with our customers
• No cell phones during working hours.  Must be able to survive without it.
• Ability to seek out and fix issues

Our Guest Services are responsible for the first impressions with our customers.  Greet customers on their arrival and departure, handle questions about our games and operations, answering phone calls, operating point of sale systems, hosting parties, and ensuring a great experience for our great customers.  

Requirements:

• Math skills.  Applicant will be tested on general ability to make change and operate computers such as a point of sale.
• Clear ability to speak to customers and keep a positive attitude.  Bi-lingual is preferred.
• Willing to do all work necessary to ensure a properly clean environment for our guests.
• Must be able to work without a cell phone.  Zero cell-phone usage during working hours.

We not only maintain our own equipment, we innovate as well.  We build our props such as a laser tag time bomb, game targets, customized medical boxes and so much more.  Our Gun Tech is responsible for maintaining operations of our gun equipment, assisting in development of new props and designs, and programming new and innovative systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in soldering and small electronic debugging
• Soldering small parts
• Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C# and/or Java is preferred
• Experience in design and development on I/O boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Edison, etc. is preferred

Our Mobile Team travel around the Greater Houston Area and beyond doing indoor and outdoor laser tag.  This team is how everything got started and is the most exciting way to play our games.  Our Mobile Team Referee is responsible for equipment loading and setup, working with a team lead on running the games and entertaining our players.  

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak English clearly and public speaking is a requirement. (Bi-lingual preferred)
• Clean appearance.  Uniform requirements are provided
• Must be a team player, work hard and be a positive influence with our customers
• No cell phones during working hours.  Must be able to survive without it.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects for setup and tear down of battlefield
• Must be able to work in outdoors, hot weather, cold weather, and late nights on occasion.
• Ability to seek out and fix issues

We need to spread the word about the great style of play and the difference that Battlefield Houston has over the older style of the game.  Social media is the core to communication with our customers.  

Requirements:

• Large following and experience with Instagram, Twitter and/or other social media
• Video editing and production experience with Adobe products
• Creative and outgoing
